Alison smiled.
“I considered many times of skipping it, too” she said and shook her head. Not that she had ever skipped a class. The only time she didn’t attend classes was if she was really, really ill. That hadn’t happened many times, which was good. “I actually think that Potions was the worst, almost more worse than History of Magic” she said and pointed towards a birch tree she had spotted. She started to collect the leaves. “But the good part with subjects like History of Magic, is that you can just study and remember the books, Potions you actually need to use the information from the book” she said and put the leaves in her pockets. 15 jun, 2018 19:45 |

History of Magic was actually one of Troye’s favorite subjects. It was weird, considering that it was everyone else’s least favorite subject. He wasn’t sure why he liked it, he just did. It could be quite interesting.
“It’s not that bad”, he said and looked over at her before he bent down and started to let his hands go through the bushes, looking after the berries. “I find it interesting, actually. It’s probably the only class I’ve never skipped, ever.” He quickly looked up at her again, waiting to see her reaction. You probably couldn’t guess that Troye likes History of Magic just by looking at him; you probably couldn’t guess that he enjoyed any subject at all, to be honest. bleh 15 jun, 2018 20:26 |

“Really?” Alison said and looked surprised at him.
“I’ve never heard about someone liking History of Magic” she said with a little laugh, “Well, I shouldn’t say anything, since I study Divination, and I know what people think about noth the subject and Professor Trelawney” she said and smiled. Alison had actually enjoyed Divination so much that she had continued with it. She didn’t need it for her future profession, her goal was to become an Auror, but she took the subject because she thought it was fun and enjoyed it. Spoiler: Tryck här för att visa! At least she didn’t die of laughter. Would she use it against him, though? He had forgotten to be careful around her. He had to. If they fought again he didn’t want her to be able to say something rude about him - it would hurt him a lot. Maybe. Hopefully not, though. “Divination? I never even read it”, he confessed, turning his eyes down to the bushes again. “I was about to choose it but my mom had heard about how crazy Trelawney was, so she didn’t let me.” He looked deeper into one of the bushes and his gaze stopped at a couple of white berries. He picked them all and held them in his hand, up in the air, for Alison to see. “Two ingredients found!” bleh 15 jun, 2018 20:41 |

Alison laughed.
“Well, she isn’t as bad as the rumours say” she said and looked over at him. “That’s the lucky part about my mum, she can’t really tell me what to do when it comes to Hogwarts and the Wizarding World” she said and looked at Troyes hand, which was filled with berries. “Perfect! If I remember correctly, we need the resin of a mvule tree and the bark from it, as well. Then we should be good to go” she said and smiled. 15 jun, 2018 20:59 |

He strongly doubted that Trelawney wasn’t exactly like the rumors said. He had seen her in the halls and she looked insane. The huge glasses could be scary, to be honest. He didn’t comment on it though, and just dropped the berries into his pockets.
“Shouldn’t be too hard, should it?” he said and stood up tall. If he was by his own he would see it as an impossible task, because he don’t know anything about trees. (He wouldn’t even think about making a potion. Smart guy.) bleh 15 jun, 2018 21:04 |

Alison shook her head.
“No, because the mvule tree is going to be the biggest one in the forest, the trunk is huge” she said and nodded towards the center of the forest. “I’m pretty sure it should be around the center” she said and looked at Troye. She started to walk there, and felt a bit awkward, she didn’t have any conversation topics left. She looked around the forest, watching the sun slowly go down in the horizon. She really hoped they would be back at their tent before dark; she didn’t like darkness. She wasn’t afraid of the animals in the forest, she was just very bugged by the darkness. 15 jun, 2018 21:10 |

He hoped that they would find the tree quickly, figure out how to actually make the potion, and cleanse the water with it, within an hour. He doubted it though.
“Cool”, he said and followed her. He had, as well as Alison, run out of things to say. Not that he had initiated much of the conversation before, but still. He usually didn’t have to start conversations; he just answered other people’s questions and then they had a conversation going. “You’re kinda cool”, he said, after a few minutes of silence. He laughed at himself when he realized how dumb he probably sounded. “Or cooler than I thought, at least. I don’t have the best experiences with Ravenclaws, you know.” He was about to say Claire’s name, but he stopped himself; he didn’t want to talk about her. bleh 15 jun, 2018 21:22 |

Alison stopped when he called her cool. She started to walk again quickly.
“Well, to be honest, you’re not as bad as I thought, either. I’m still pissed on how you treated Claire, however, she was pretty upset for a long time” she said and raised an eyebrow. She had guessed that Claire was his “bad experience” with Ravenclaws. She just didn’t know if he was being nice just to get through the task or if he actually was a nice person. She decided not to discuss Claire anymore, however, and focused on finding the tree. She just wanted to get back to the tent. However, the sun went down pretty fast. She shuddered and focused on the trees. “Here it is!” she exclaimed and pointed at a huge tree, with an enormous trunk. She went up to it, and was met with words forming in the air. It seemed like a riddle. Oh, what a surprise! Oh, what a miracle! It sprouted without a seed, It stood without a trunk. What did? Alison turned to Troye. "Well, at least they got a little creative" she said and laughed. 15 jun, 2018 21:44 |

Had he been that bad? How come that she was supposedly upset for weeks, while he didn’t think twice about it? God, he was horrible without even realizing it much of the time!
“I know”, he mumbled. He wanted to say that he was sorry, but he didn’t even know if he meant it, and who would it even help? He tried not to think about it, her, anymore. He couldn’t remake the past, so it shouldn’t bother him. He didn’t notice how it gradually got darker, but he did notice the tree. A little before Alison actually said it, which felt nice. He went up to the tree closely behind her and saw the words foaming in the air. The professors were doing riddles now? Seriously? “I hate them”, he said, half jokingly and half seriously. He hadn’t been any good at anything yet (except for the climbing), so he felt like he had to solve the riddle. But he couldn’t. Riddles didn’t make any sense to him. At all. bleh 15 jun, 2018 22:02 |
