He followed her to the wall and later walked in when the door appeared. He saw the couch in the other side of the room from Audrey’s “studying corner”. He immediately walked in and threw himself on the couch, sighing in relief. Hell, it felt like he was going to fall asleep at once. Which he also did.

Audrey wrote, and read, and wrote some more. She had finally finished, and leaned back in the chair. She looked over at Noel, and saw that he was fast asleep. She smiled and looked at him for a minute. He looked so peaceful. She wished she could be as peaceful when she slept. She considered going over and lay down next to him, but she wasn’t sure he was going to like it. She decided to pick up one of the books from the bookshelf instead. As she read, she felt the urge to pee. She stood up, thought about a bathroom, and a door appeared. She went in, and found a nice little bathroom. She sat down and realised her period still hadn’t come yet; she was never late. However, it had just been two days late, but still. She shook the thought out of her head and went back to the room and sat down in the nice chair, reading her book again.

When he woke up his mind was clear of thoughts. It was nice; his head had been clouded with thoughts constantly the last few days. He opened his eyes and looked at Audrey, who was reading. He hadn’t known that she liked to read, although it could just be a book that she read for class.
“What are you reading?” he asked, his voice coming out even raspier than he had thought it would.

Audrey reacted when he spoke, she hadn’t even noticed that he had woken up. She held up the book.
“A muggle book, A brief history of time” she said and shrugged. She looked at him.
“How are you feeling? A bit better?” she asked with a smile. She actually considered telling him that she was now in need of staying in, she really didn’t feel well. However, she enjoyed his company.

He hadn’t read a lot of muggle books himself - he mainly focused on the ones they wrote about magic. It was a nice thing to laugh at, actually.
“I want to read it, too”, he said and scoofed closer to the wall of the couch. “Come here”, he said, gesturing at the place next to him.

Audrey smiled and sat down next to him.
“It’s pretty cool, it’s about space and stuff” she said and leaned back in the sofa. She yawned and opened the book again. She was a bit tired, which was weird because she had slept relatively well that night. Her mind wandered off from the book, to the party that was going to be thrown the same night. She was longing for music and dancing.
“I forgot to tell you; there’s a party tonight” she said with a smile.

He looked at the book and read some of the text. It was very well written, or at least so he thought from that little bit of text. He yawned and rubbed his eyes as he listened to Audrey. A party? He wasn't excactly in the party mood (although he never was). But at the same time he didn't want to sound like a party pooper (which he was), because he didn't want to get upset with Audrey or anything right now. Or maybe he did want to fight with Audrey. Did he? If he fought with her, the whole Audrey vs. William thing would be over.
"Cool", he answered. It was the only thing that he thought that he could say without sounding like 'yes, I'm coming!' or 'No, thank you'.

Audrey nodded.
“Yeah, I’m looking forward to dance” she said and smiled. She put a hand on her stomach, she was feeling nauseous again. Really? What had she eaten yesterday? God. She leaned back in the sofa and looked up at the ceiling, and tried to count the tiles up there.
“But I get if you’re too tired, you’ve been ill, after all” she said, still looking up at the ceiling.

Her smile made him smile - for some strange reason. Even though he himself found dance embarrassing he understood why Audrey might have liked it. She was good at it; he was not.
"We'll see", he mumbled and grabbed the book from her. His gaze quickly went from word to word (all the years of doing stressful schoolwork had made him a very quick reader) and he turned the page.
"It's good", he said and looked at her.

Audrey turned to him.
“I know, right? The author was a very successful scientist” she said and stood up. Maybe if she moved around a bit, her nausea would go away? She started to walk back and forth, between the sofa, the walls and the bookshelves. She got lost in her thoughts, and for some reason she started to think of Christmas. She had loved Christmas when she was little, it had always been so cosy, with the eggnog, fireplace and presents. Audrey looked up in the ceiling; it had started to snow on them. Sometimes the whole create-what-you-think-of thing was bad. She laughed.
“Sorry! My bad” she said and shook her head.
