No thoughts of homework and lessons had passed through his mind when he was "sick". He really regretted that now, when he realized that he had to work his ass off to even have the possibility to catch up.
"Lets just say that I've got some catching up to do", he answered, trying to keep the fake smile on his lips but failed. It felt way too forced - and he didn't have the energy to fake a smile. He didn't have the energy to do much, actually.
"You're not going to eat?" he asked, nodding towards her plate.

Audrey shook her head.
“Nah, not feeling like it today” she said and shrugged. She didn’t want to tell him that she had spewed in the morning, that was kind of too much information, even for her with no filter. She looked at him. Even though she wasn’t good at reading people she could see that he looked a bit…. Flat.
“Sure you’re back on track?” she asked and took another sip of her drink.

His gaze had dropped to his plate but he turned it to her again. She still had to eat, even though she didn't feel like it. He didn't say it out loud though. Prefect-Noel wasn't the Noel that he wanted to be that day. It was too tiring.
"Yeah", he answered and nodded. "I'm just a bit tired, that's all." He took a bite off his eggs and let his gaze wander around the room. He hadn't been in a room with this many students for a couple of days, and the noice gave him a headache.

Audrey nodded.
“Yeah, I can understand that. If you want to we can just chill today, and if you need to rest I can just sit in the library, I need to write on an Astronomy thing anyway” she said and shrugged. She took another sip of her drink, and felt a bit nauseated again. She put down the glass on her empty plate and looked at Noel with a little smile. She hoped he wouldn’t get ill again, because she had actually confessed to herself that she had been a bit alone when he wasn’t around.

Noel just nodded. Ugh, his energy bar was down at zero; and it was still morning. He was just about to take another bite of his breakfast when he felt one hand on his back and another on his shoulder. He turned to see the person behind him. William. His touch made him feel all kinds of ways; angry, happy, warm, disgusted, sad...
“How are you?” William asked, with his hands placed just like before.
“I’m fine”, Noel answered shortly. He could tell that William had expected a longer answer but he accepted it.
“Great to have you back. I’ve missed you.” William didn’t leave any space for him to answer before he left. Had he missed him? Had Audrey missed him?

Audrey looked after William, and her gaze went back to Noel. She didn’t think that it was weird that William had missed Noel; they were friends after all. What she found weird was the way William had emphasized the word missed, as if he either was being sarcastic or as if it meant something else. She decided not to think more about it; she didn’t really care about William anyway. She put a hand on her stomach.
“I need to go to the bathroom” she said and stood up. She walked out and went to the nearest bathroom. She went into a booth and sank to her knees. She leaned over the toilet bowl, and spewed. Again. She groaned and leaned towards the booth’s wall. Maybe it was her turn to call in ill? She sighed. She flushed, and went back into the Great Hall.
“So, do you need to rest?” she asked and smiled a little, looking at Noel.

While she was gone he ate his breakfast. He tried not to think about William nor Audrey, but thinking about not thinking about something isn’t an effective method. She came back and he nodded at her. Hell, he felt as he could fall asleep in any minute.
“Yeah. Where are we going?” he asked, letting Audrey decide. Not that he usually decides where they went - Audrey usually just went and he was obligated to follow her.

Audrey shrugged.
“Well, if you need to rest, either if you go to your dorm and I to the library, or the Room of Requirement” she said and corrected her top. She made sure that her voice didn’t suggest anything romantic by proposing the Room of Requirement, since Noel had apparently gotten very embarrassed about them having sex. She had decided to let him talk about it if he wanted to, she was just going to act normal. She finished her water and put the glass down at the table.

Well, the last time they were in his dorm they had sex. If he brought here there one more time the students would probably assume that they were doing it again, so that was a no. And the library wasn’t that nice to rest in - so the Room of Requirement was the only option left.
“Room of Requirment, I guess”, he said and stood up.

Audrey nodded. She went up the stairs, and made it to the big wall. She walked past it three times, making sure she didn’t think of something romantic. She still wasn’t sure how the candles had appeared last time they had been in the bathroom. She went into the door that appeared, and it was big. In one corner, there was stuff where Noel could rest, and at the opposite end there were nice chairs and tables and bookshelves where Audrey could study. She went in there, sitting down in one of the chairs. She picked up her books and parchment, and started to read and write. It was quite peaceful in there, and she could concentrate really good.
