Vilket Elev hem hör jag till?

Jag har varit ett Harry Potter fan så länge jag kan minnas. Jag blev sorted till ett elevhem väldigt tidigt. Sedan dess har jag ändrats ganska mycket. Och nu vet jag inte längre vilket elevhem jag hör till.

Jag tänker skriva lite om mig och skulle uppskatta om ni kommenterar vilket elevhem ni tycker jag hör till.

Jag har ganska svårt för sociala situationer där det är mycket människor. Jag pratar väldigt lite med folk jag inte känner men så fort jag lär känna en person så pratar jag väldigt mycket.

Folk skulle nog beskriva mig som intelligent och allmänbildad. Men jag är egentligen inte jätte duktig i alla skolämnen men allmänbildad är jag.

Den egenskap jag tycker är viktigast är lojalitet och jag tycker att familj är viktigast. Jag är nära alla mina familjemedlemmar.

Min största passion är djur, mitt mål är att bli veterinär. Just nu håller jag på att spara pengar för att volontär arbete med djur utomlands.

Jag läser mycket samt skriver egna noveller (även längre arbeten)

Jag är också ganska "skum" Jag får ofta höra att jag är en blandning av Newt Scamander, Tonks och Luna.

Ibland kan jag värka sur och hård men det är för att jag är så stel i sociala situationer.

Jag hoppas ni kan hjälpa mig och att detta inte blev alldeles för långt haha.

OBS På det här kontot tog jag bara ett slumpmässigt elevhem. Jag har aldrig trott att jag varit Slytherin.

Jag känner igen mig själv i mycket av det du skrivit om dig själv men känner att det är svårt att "gissa" vilket elevhem du tillhör utan att faktiskt få reda på vad du egentligen värdesätter och hur du känner. Fundera lite på frågorna Vad är viktigast för dig? och Vad värdesätter du?. Spontant utesluter jag dock Gryffindor som den starkare delen i dig, och tror mer på Slytherin och Hufflepuff. Men kanske också Ravenclaw?

Att du håller tillbaka i sociala sammanhang har mer att göra med att du verkar vara introvert. Och man kan vara introvert oavsett elevhem.

Lojalitet och familj kan lätt få många att tänka "Hufflepuff" men vi kan ju lätt nämna både Narcissa Malfoy och Molly Weasley som undantag på den fronten.

Hur mycket värdesätter du kunskapen och intelligensen? Är du stolt/eller... hur stolt är du över ditt läshuvud och din intelligens?

Om vi leker med tanken Slytherin vs Hufflepuff.
Hur långt skulle du gå för att se till att du och din familj/dina vänner får det ni strävar efter? Tänjer du på gränserna? Ignorerar du regler? Kan du trampa på andra människor/knuffa undan andra för att få vad du vill ha eller är det viktigt för dig att alla har lika rätt och regler är till för att följas?

Ditt svar var väldigt hjälpsamt. Speciellt med det om jag värdesätter kunskap. På något sätt värdesätter jag väl kunskap men inte själva kunskapen i sig. Utan det jag kan uppnå med hjälp av kunskapen. Jag vill ha kunskap för att kunna få det jobb jag vill ha och för att kunna försörja min framtida familj. Alltså inte för själva kunskapen.

Jag ignorerar inte regler men ibland kan jag tycka att det finns för mycket regler. Dom ända regler jag brutit är åldersgränser på filmer och dylikt.

Jag tror inte på karma men jag vill tro att om jag är snäll mot alla så kommer folk vara snäll mot mig.

Tror Hufflepuff eller Slytherin Men vilket det är kan bara FU känna i hjärtat. Känner igen mig själv i mycket av det du skriver och jag känner mig som en Slytherin. Men mitt första konto jag hade här var jag Hufflepuff och jag kände inte att jag passade in.

Av allt jag har läst på internet om alla elevhemmen så har det här nog hjälpt mig allra mest. Det visar sig att Slytherin är mitt s.k primary house och jag har Ravenclaw som mitt secondary house.

The cardinal traits of Hufflepuff are loyalty, patience, kidness and hardworking.
They are generally extroverted but not as socially ambitious as Gryffindors - they enjoy being around other people but do not require being in the limelight. Hufflepuffs place cooperation above conflict; they are also more emotionally balanced than some of the other houses. Unlike Gryffindors, they do not have hot-tempers and are not as likely to become offended by criticism. Hufflepuffs are loyal to their beliefs and to their friends; once they've established roots, they stick with them. It takes a lot to convince them to change their worldviews. Athough Gryffindors also exhibit loyalty, if their pride is hurt or their principles violated, Gryffindors will leave (whereas a Hufflepuff has stronger ties).

Hufflepuffs are much more steady and easygoing than the other houses. They work hard, are very down to earth and not prone to flights of fancy. In contrast the other houses are much more likely to be erratic in their behavior, especially Slytherins and Gryffindors due to emotional instability. Although Ravenclaws may also be hardworking and patient at times, they are more likely to be swept away by a new idea and abandon projects than a Hufflepuff would. There is another side to the Hufflepuff house, however:

Said Hufflepuff, "I'll teach the lot
And treat them just the same."
Good Hufflepuff, she took the reast
And taught them all she knew.

Altough some Hufflepuffs may clearly exhibit the traits of the house, others may simply not fall into any other category. Generally speaking, though, if someone doesn't exhibit any of the major personality traits of the other three houses, they most likely would fit the description of a Hufflepuff.

Ravenclaw

Or yet in wise old Ravenclaw,
if you've a ready mind,
Where those of wit and learning,
Will always find their kind;

The cardinal traits of Ravenclaw are intellect, wit and openness to experience. They are the most introverted house of the four. Ravenclaws are more likely to perfer small gatherings of like-minded individuals and require recooperation ater stressful social interaction. These individuals are intuitive creatures, the quintessential researchers. They lack the stubborn, strict, and rule-abiding qualities that would inhibit intellectual growth - one can't be too set in their ways if they are to open to exploring new ideas and paths of thought. In contrast to Slytherin and Gryffindor, Ravenclaws in general are much more emotionally stable. Their reactions seem dampened compared to the sometimes dramatic responses of the other houses - they're much less likely to get offended, they're are more open to criticism, not particularly argumentative and interested in hearing different points of view. They can at times seem to be less interested in people and more interested in their own inner world, and appear to be disconnected from the rest of humanity.

Ambition is secondary to them. Altough they may strive to excel in school, knowledge and self-enrichment is the primary goal as opposed to simply wanting good marks. If they do happen to strive for excellence, it is because it fits with their other goals, not out of a desire to be superior or the best. Due to their intuitiveness and willingness to listen, Ravenclaws can be empathetic and good advisors. They should generally leave leadership roles to people who are more extraverted and who would enjoy them more, however.

Slytherin

Or perhaps in Slytherin
You'll make your real friends,
Those cunning folks use any means
To achieve their ends.


Slytherin's cardinal traits are ambition, cunning and determination. Like the Gryffindor House, Slytherins are emotionally volatile. In contrast, however, Slytherins are much less dominant and assertive, and less extroverted in general. Rather than expressing these emotions outwardly, Slytherins direct them inward or act in a passive aggressivemanner. Both Gryffindor and Slytherin are much more driven to succeed than the other two houses: Gryffindor out of pride and Slytherin out of ambition.

Slytherins are also much more pragmatic than the other houses and more adept at manipulating people. A key trait would be a low level of agreeableness: Slytherins are more pessimistic, more distrustful than most, and more likely to attribute negative motivations to people. So although Slytherins experience a wide range of emotions, due to their distrustful views of people and skeptical worldview, they are less expressive and more likely to appear cold or distant unless provoked.
A Slytherin's ambitious nature comes out in different ways depending on what is important to the individual person. It could lead them to try to achieve top marks (if intellect and schooling is important to them) but it could also be directed at social settings or towards athletic endeavors.

Gryffindor

You might belong in Gryffindor,
Where dwell the brave at heart,
Their daring, nerve, and chivalry
Set Gryffindors apart;
Gryffindor's cardinal traits are bravery, pride, stubbornness and impulsiveness. Most people in the house of Gryffindor will be extroverted. (Remember, introversion is different than being shy: you can be a shy extrovert.) Gryffindors gain energy and life by being around people, grain strength from friends and enjoy working with those close to them. However, they are also emotionally volatile and can experience a wide range of feelings in a short amount of time, from unbridled happiness to deep depression to unrestrained rage. They are less emotionally stable than some of the other houses (such as Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff); Gryffindors are also impulsive. They're also generally good-hearted and trusting, and for the most part like people at first sight unless they are given a reason not to. Gryffindors are Prideful, bad at taking criticism and easilyget into conflicts with others—this is the main trait that would bring their overall level of agreeableness from high to average.

A Gryffindor's prideful nature coupled with their sense of justice and stubborn behavior causes them to be extremely set in their ways. They have a difficult time backing down from a fight or admitting that they are wrong. It's also very hard for them to get over a bad first impression or change their opinion on someone.
